Another one of my interests is food critiquing, but more importantly just being able to appreciate the design and photography of the venues. The aspects that catch my eye from this venue are the wine rack and the clever wood cubbies. Also, the accents that adorn the area are pretty quirky and clean. For example the polished arm holding the lights in the last picture. Hopefully I become successful enough to live out my dream and see these in person.

Husk Restaurant. Voted Best Restaurant in America of 2011 by Bon Appetite. The exterior has that old fashioned feel but when you walk in it’s got that modernist touch. Definite date location. Yay for southern food!
