Coalescence of thought.

Technology.

Too many artists today rely on technology to guide them to their end product. With the advent of PS and LR, photographers are slowly shooting in accordance with what they can later change in post processing. Gone are the days when photography was just a captured truth of a moment. Fast forward to the digital age, we find 10 year-olds with iPhones Instagraming their Fruit Loops and becoming cyber famous within weeks. Or.. we find those typical blown-out or fish-eyed pictures that are strewn across all of Tumblr and Facebook. True, the renovations in post processing have given us a plethora of added elements to tweak and tinker our images with;however, they also have limited our creativity. We need to keep in mind that technology is here for us to use as an aid in our work, not a crutch.
